Happy Monday, everyone!
I have a small kitchen, but it is big enough to seat a family of four. Even though it is small, I still like to keep my kitchen table decorated. It is just another small thing that makes me happy! The style in my kitchen is country. I love checkered fabric, barn stars, and willow trees. I also have a collection of saltbox houses which I will show you in another post.
My kitchen table is a little old. It has paint stains and scratches in some places. I haven’t replaced it because I think it goes well with my country theme.
Here is a closer look at my place setting:
I found these cute little plates at a gift shop in town. The little napkin holders match perfectly! The plates were actually a clearance special, but I found some similar plates from the same company here.
Here is a better look at the plate. I placed these salad plates on top of some plain white plates I bought from an antique store for two dollars each! (For decorative purposes only!) I then placed them on top of a burgundy checkered placemat.
I was excited to find a matching utensil holder. I can not find the exact one anymore, but the star vine version is available.
Here is a collection of country items I placed on the wall next to my utensil holder:
I also had to have these saltbox house prints!
Here is my beautiful flower bouquet for the week:
I purchase fresh flowers every week and place them in a white pitcher that I found in Target.
That basically does it for my kitchen table. I am excited about a little centerpiece I am putting together! I am just waiting for one more thing in the mail.
I hope everyone has a great week!
