I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for a new week! This past weekend, I visited a few antique stores. These stores were new to me, so I was really hoping to find some treasures. Nope. No luck this time.
Even though I didn’t find anything for me, I decided to write about a few things I found for my little lady in the past. She doesn’t care if the toy is new or old, as long as it is fun to play with!
This first toy she actually picked out herself when she was around three. We found it at my favorite antique store. It was so cute because she just saw it and started to pull it around the entire store. We just had to buy it for her!
She still likes to play with it.
This next toy I bought for her just because I thought it was the cutest thing! She enjoys helping me with housework so now she can iron her own clothes. At least pretend!
Okay, the next toy is just the most adorable little rocking horse ever! I honestly can’t remember where I found this treasure, but we are so glad we did!
These next items I actually purchased for myself years before my youngest was born. I think they have a cute country look to them! Now, she gets to enjoy them. They also came with the chair they are sitting on!
The next two items aren’t toys. They are vintage chairs. I shared the rocking chair with you in my post, sweet little girl’s room. Here is a better view:
This next chair is a doll chair I found for $8! I was going to use it as a decorative piece in the house, but my little lady loved it and placed it in her room for her dolls. I thought it was better for her.
She actually tries to sit in it herself!
It is so much fun finding treasures at antique stores. It is more fun when your little one finds something they would enjoy too! Like I mentioned before, it doesn’t matter if it is new or old, as long as they have fun playing with it!
Have a great day!
